Jon's passion for building began early in his career as a finish carpenter with Orren Pickell Builders, where he honed his craftsmanship on luxury custom homes. At just 25 years old, in the year 2000, Jon and Christine took a leap of faith and founded their own business, driven by a shared vision of building exceptional homes and creating a better experience for their clients. By combining hands on experience, and an unwavering commitment to quality, Jon developed the expertise and leadership that have made him the trusted General Contractor he is today. His attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship are reflected in every home he builds.

After earning her master's degree, Christine joined the company full-time and quickly became an essential part of its success. She works closely with homeowners as needed throughout the building process, providing clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and personalized support every step of the way. Behind the scenes, she keeps projects organized and moving forward, helping ensure every client enjoys a smooth, transparent, and rewarding building experience from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
