     The decision to hire J. Timothy Builders, Inc. to build our home in Geneva National was a good one.  One of the nice things about working with Jon and Christine is having single source responsibility.  The home’s custom design and construction come from the same company. 

    Jon’s sense of design, knowledge of the construction process, hands-on carpentry skills, and overall attention to detail is truly impressive.  Plus, he is physically on the construction site every day making sure things are done right. 

    Along with a great eye for decorating, Christine has the “behind the scenes” office and organizational skills to keep the project on schedule and running smoothly.  They were both also very good about taking our design ideas and making them better.

My wife and I visited several homes built by J. Timothy Builders prior to meeting Jon and Christine.  We were impressed with the quality of their work, and hoped they could match our vision for our new home. During the meeting, Jon and Christine’s hands-on approach, integrity, experience, creativity, and sincerity became obvious and we quickly hired them.  Not only did they understand our vision, they improved upon it.
